Nurture Call is part of Realty Easy Group which delivers Australia’s premier suite of home transition services for Vendors and their families. Our focus is on supporting this highly valuable cohort of Australians through the complexity of selling their family home as part of their downsizing journey, transition to a retirement lifestyle community, or supporting a loved one into aged care.
We’re not real estate agents, rather we are independent trusted advisors who inform and empower homeowners throughout this critically important (and often complex) property transaction journey. Partnering with many of Australia’s most trusted organisations, our business is proudly built on a best-in-class service culture in an agile and fast-moving environment.

Nurture Call continues to grow at a rapid rate, driven by expansion across a portfolio of large national strategic partnerships. As a result, we’re always seeking to expand our team of property service professionals (“Client Service Managers”), either full time or part time. To be candid, we’re not seeking telemarketers. Rather our values and service offering focus on building trust, active listening, authentically building rapport, and solving homeowner problems with exceptional service outcomes.
We’re seeking people with a passion for property or may be property professionals considering a career change that delivers greater work/life balance, attractive hours, and a secure (well incentivised) remuneration structure.
Our customers come to us with a problem to solve (either directly, or via our channel partners). Simply put, we have a unified, like-minded team with a passion for delivering exceptional service outcomes to Australians and their families who may feel vulnerable, confused or simply lack information or expertise in their property transaction journey.
